We write the taps: open, answer, confirm. If it needs a laptop, it is not the mobile product.

Build the screen
One primary action on the screen. The model helps that action. It does not add a second product.

A real user runs a real job. We fix what the thumb cannot reach and what the model gets wrong.

When both audiences matter. If the users are on one platform, we build that one and do not split the first release.
Is this a wrapped website?
Only if the job is truly the same on the phone. If the job is a field task, the screen is designed for that task.
